Group Nutrition Coaching

This is an 8 week block of coaching that will be a chance to bring people together as a community through support groups, education, activities and challenges. All whilst focusing on health and nutrition goals.

  • Weekly check-ins with me to track your progress.

  • Community group for people to connect on similar journeys, a place where you can communicate with others and me, share meal ideas, gain tips from and motivate the hell out of each other.

  • Access to Recipes,  EBooks and The Guide to Nutrition.
