- 1:1 Initial Assessment - Monthly Comprehensive Dietary Analysis - Bespoke Nutrition Plan with Monthly Updates - Access to Nutritics app and analysis reports - Access to Sen PRO which includes; Habit Tracking, Progress Tracking, Recipes, Educational Resources. - Supplementary Advice and Recommendations - Access to Ebooks and Educational Resources (New or updated every month) through members area on website. - Ongoing Email and Messaging Support and Accountability - 1 Hour Bespoke Coaching Call Per Month, Including Dietary Analysis and education.
